SportsBettingOnline.ag Overview

SportsBettingOnline.ag (SBO.ag) has been around since 2012, aiming to provide a competitive sportsbook experience for U.S. bettors. Founded by the former CEO of WagerWeb, the platform offers an extensive betting menu, unique cashback bonuses, and diverse banking options, including Bitcoin.

At first glance, SBO.ag appears promising, with a solid selection of markets and a smooth betting interface. However, longevity in the industry matters, and newer sportsbooks often come with inherent risks. While many players report positive experiences, a growing number of complaints regarding payout delays and account restrictions raise red flags.

Before depositing, it’s crucial to weigh the pros and cons. SBO.ag offers strong promotions and betting flexibility, but concerns over slow withdrawals and lack of transparency with customer issues cannot be ignored. Our full review breaks down everything you need to know so you can make an informed decision.

A Personal Opinion on SportsBettingOnline.ag

What We Don’t Like About SBO.ag

Firstly, the connection to WagerWeb is worrisome. WagerWeb isn’t an outright scam sportsbook, but their odds are generally below average, and they have been subject to many player complaints (mostly slow-pays) since they opened their doors in 2005.

While the sportsbook got plenty of praise from players in its first two years, a flurry of complaints began to roll in last quarter of 2014. These included slower than quoted withdrawal times and a player’s balance that is in limbo.

More worrisome, SBO.ag has not issued much in the form of responses to SBR or the player why his balance was in limbo or why he has been locked out of his betting account. As you will see below, SBO.ag offers a lot of potentially lucrative bonuses and cashback programs, but these are all for naught if they’re not paying players in a timely fashion or locking accounts.

Though the above information isn’t what you want to hear when it comes depositing at a sportsbook. It seems that most of their customers are paid on time and are having little or no issues. Of course, another strike against SBO.ag is their time in the market. Regardless of their intentions, (this is even if they had outstanding reviews and no complaints) bookmakers which have only been around for several years are much higher risk than those sites that been doing it for decades.

SportsBettingOnline.ag Sportsbook Bonuses

10% Signup, Reload, and Cash Back Bonus

SBO.ag doesn’t offer players a 100% freeplay bonus on first deposits or large reload bonuses. Instead, they give players a somewhat unique deal when it comes to betting sports online. Each deposit will receive a 10% bonus with no rollover requirements, and bettors will receive 10% of their cash back each week. The 10% cashback isn’t on losses. It’s on the net amount wagered that week. Bettors will receive the 10% on the net amount wagered whether that week ended in profit or loss.

So, say you wagered $1,000 that week on SBO.ag. You would guarantee yourself $100 back at the end of the week, regardless of profits. The only caveat for this promotion is that customers must wager place, at least, five bets in any given week. The promotion is one of the best online. They even offer a ticker on their homepage that shows the top cash back earners each week as well.

SportsBettingOnline.ag Review Highlights

Markets and Odds

SportsBettingOnline ag betting linesSBO.ag is heavily focused on American sports, but their list of markets still has a heavy dose of international offerings. They offer soccer leagues from around the world and even obscure sports like Mexican baseball or badminton.

As far as US sports, each sport has the standard sides, totals, and moneylines, but they certainly don’t stop there. Quarter lines, half time lines, and everything in between is available. There’s a decent list of futures and a large list of propositions bets nightly for the NBA and dozens per week for NFL contests. Other sports won’t have as much as these markets, but there’s still a wide selection of available bets.

There is also live betting available for a number of sports. Their live betting client, like the rest of their software is rather, impressive. They offer several bets in addition to sides, totals, and moneylines. Their list of bet types is nearly endless. In addition to standard wagers like parlays and teasers, they offer if-bets and reverses, round-robin wagers, key parlays and compacts. However, their odds overall are generally just average, and some are worse than what most of the market offers.

Two-team parlays are +260, which is close to the standard odds for this bet type. Though, some sportsbooks do offer two-teamers at +265. Their teasers are the real issue. 6-point two team football teasers, the most popular bet for those who bet teasers, are -120. These are listed at about just at -110 and some shops even offer them at +100.

Betting Limits

One area where SBO.ag has it 100% right is their betting limits. They’re a small operation compared many much larger sportsbooks and their, limits are right in line with their size as a company. Their lower limits shouldn’t be a sign of weakness, instead of a sportsbook that is careful about not getting overexposed. Currently, they offer $2,000 limits on NFL sides and total, but all other American sports, including college basketball and football, are maxed out at $1,000. Soccer and other predominantly non-North American sports will have lower limits.

SportsBettingOnline.ag Deposits and Withdrawals

C

Their cashier options are one area where SBO.ag truly shines. It’s a shame that they have had complaints about slow-pays, because their options for players, both depositing and withdrawing are second to none.

They accept several types of credit and debit cards, including MasterCard and Visa. They’re also one of the few sportsbooks that accepts deposits via American Express cards. Other options include MoneyGram and Western Union deposits and prepaid cards such as MoneyPak and Vanilla Reload. More traditional methods include money order by mail and bank wire transfer.

The sportsbook is also one of the few traditional fiat-based operators to accept Bitcoin deposits. These can be done in a matter seconds and are credited to your account after three confirmations.

Withdrawal processing for the most utilized methods is mostly free. Bettors will be limited to two payout requests per week, but withdrawals via check, bitcoin, and through most prepaid card options are free of charge. Other methods, like payment via Western Union or MoneyGram, will come with fees. This is also true for withdrawal requests via bank wire.

This is where we run into trouble with SBO.ag. Most of their methods come with a $500.00 maximum per payout, including paper checks. This is ridiculous, even if they’re sending out two free checks per week. Even bank wires, which generally can be processed for $10,000 or more at other sportsbooks, has a paltry $1,000 maximum withdrawal limit.

Furthermore, they don’t offer processing timeframes on their payout page. There’s no “checks will be processed in x number of days” written anywhere. While some bettors still may be paid rather quickly, it’s clear that they have some issues on the payment processing front.

Sports Betting Online Customer Support

Live Chat Available
855.GO4.BETS
Support at SBO.ag isn’t 24/7 but it’s a good bet that they will be available during the daytime and up until the last game of the night goes finishes. They offer support via email, phone, and through live chat.

Their staff is courteous, professional and quick to respond to player questions. However, in what has become a running theme in this article, they can be deceptive or give players the runaround when it comes to withdrawal inquiries.

Final Word: Tread Carefully but Explore Your Options

SBO.ag has potential, but it’s not without its flaws. The variety of betting options, weekly cashback program, and strong cashier selection make it an intriguing choice. However, the payout complaints, connection to WagerWeb, and lack of clear withdrawal processing times raise concerns that bettors should not overlook.

If you prefer a sportsbook with a longer track record and fewer payout concerns, there are plenty of other options available. We’ve reviewed a wide range of sportsbooks, covering everything from bonuses to withdrawal speeds. Be sure to explore our full list of online sportsbook reviews to find the best fit for your betting needs.

Ultimately, if you choose to play at SBO.ag, proceed with caution. Manage your bankroll wisely, keep your bets within comfortable limits, and always prioritize a sportsbook’s reputation over flashy promotions.
